It has just been announced that Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz has received an ‘excellent’ classification in the 4th edition of Langton’s Classification of Australian Wine, 2005. Classification of any particular wine is only considered after ten vintages since its first release so this was a very complimentary 10th birthday present for Fox Creek Wines.
In this 2005 Classification, Australia’s 101 top collectable table wines of any variety are rated using historical records of sale volumes and price data from a highly informed, and increasingly international market of buyers and sellers. You can find more information at www.langtons.com.au
Fox Creek are pleased to announce that there will be a 2004 Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz (after an absence in 2003 due to the drought). This new vintage will be released in Autumn 2006.
The 2004 Reserve Shiraz will be available from discerning retailers and restaurateurs nationally or the Fox Creek Cellar Door. The recommended retail price for this wine is $70.
