In The Age on the 28th November 2007, Ralph Kyte-Powell writes, "Fox Creek Reserve Shiraz is less formidable than it once was, a more friendly drop. The nose has smooth, stewed berry aromas trimmed in sweet spices and dark-chocolate richness. It’s velvety in the mouth, with plenty of ripe, fruit-sweet, lingering flavour supported by ripe, dry tannins. McLaren Vale at its best.”
Ralph finishes by giving the 2005 Reserve Shiraz 5 stars.
