- Vintage 2023

The Chardonnay for this release was sourced from the cooler climate of the Adelaide Hills, where the lower temperatures allow for slow, even ripening that enables beautiful flavour development, whilst maintaining a great level of natural acidity. Balanced, textural, layered. Grapefruit and lime, apple and pear, over a creamy mid palate, framed with subtle French oak tannin and balanced acidity.

So, what is Chardonnay?
Chardonnay is a very adaptable white grape varietal that thrives in many grape-growing regions around the world. Being quite a versatile grape, winemakers are able to show off skill in the winery to produce tastes and characteristics in line with their desired style, ranging from elegant fruit driven wines through to creamy, oak-driven styles. This enables different regions and brands to create a wide range of Chardonnay wines across many different price points.
