A new team at Fox Creek

Fox Creek Wines will be able to live on, with Maxwell Wines taking custodianship of the brand:

We’re committed to preserving this brand that has such a rich history and connection to the Vale, while breathing new life into its operations to ensure its future success.  

As another long-established McLaren Vale brand, we recognise that Fox Creek Wines holds an important place in the history of South Australian winemaking. And so, taking on the Fox Creek Wines brand is also about keeping McLaren Vale wines in local hands, supporting the regional community, growers, and preserving the stories that define South Australian wine.  

We’re about preserving the future of McLaren Vale. We have always believed that the strength of this region lies in its people, its land, and its legacy. Fox Creek Wines is a brand with deep roots here, and we’re proud to help ensure it remains in McLaren Vale hands. We intend to honour the history of the brand and continue to make these signature wines true-to-style.

We’ve been so impressed with the loyalty of the Circle Club members, such a great community that we’re looking forward to being a part of. We’ll be working hard to ensure a seamless transition for members, and as such, the September shipment is going ahead for those who want one. We’ll be in touch over the coming weeks to confirm details and wines for the next delivery.  

The Fox Creek Cellar Door site is closed, and so we will be looking for other ways to meet with you, the members, and provide opportunities to taste the wines and engage with the team, with events around Australia. Any ideas that you have for future events, we’d love to hear them! We’ll be planning wine dinners, pop up tastings… keep an eye on your inbox for details.

We’re excited to have the trust and support of Karrie-Anne and the team at Fox Creek to hand over the baton, and help us get our feet planted in the business.
