2021 Postmaster GSM 750 ml

Named after Henry Malpas who ran the original post office in Willunga for many years, our Postmaster GSM is a classic McLaren Vale blend. Grenache (64%) brings raspberry and red cherry notes, combined with darker hints of plum and blueberry from old vine Shiraz (24%) parcels. Mourvèdre (8%) completes the blend with firm tannins & earthy texture. Subtle warm spices and dried herb notes add complexity. Matured in older French Oak, the finished wine is elegant and enticing.  5-10 years cellaring potential.
