2022 Jim's Script 750 ml

Jim Watts, an eminent professor of surgery, purchased the bare land that would become the Fox Creek vineyards with his wife Helen in 1984. A lover of wine, Jim and his four children planted an array of grape varieties and made their first wine under the Fox Creek label in 1994.  Jim’s Script is a classic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc, that has dark berry fruit flavours and long, elegant tannins. 

The wine has a rich, vibrant palate with seamless integration between the varietal flavours and tannins, finishing with crisp acidity and earthy texture that leaves you wanting more.
