A fresh, fruity and ripe style, our Red Baron Shiraz is lightly oaked to show great balance, elegance and harmony. This is what the McLaren Vale region is all about; a rich, flavoursome, fruit-driven wine that is a great partner with food. Ripe plum, cherry and cassis notes supported by lightly toasted notes from older French & American oak.  Made to be enjoyed young.  Named in tribute to famous German fighter pilot, Manfred von Richtofen – who’s bright red WW1 airplane we’ve reimagined, with Fox now flying the plane over the Southern Vales!
