Classic red varieties Shiraz (80%) Cabernet Sauvignon (12%) and Cabernet Franc (8%) are blended to achieve the signature Vixen style. Layers of flavour - Raspberry, stewed plum, fruit cake, cinnamon, vanilla, anise and chinotto with a soft, creamy palate.  Made to be rich, fruity and full-flavoured with a party attitude - great for any occasion.

A non-vintage Sparkling: parcels are selected from a number of vintages to ensure consistency in quality from one cuvee to the next. Perfect drinking now but will increase in richness and flavour with time in the cellar.
